How the Mail-In Process Works
1. Contact PrimeCore Precision
Contact us or complete the form at the bottom of this page. Tell us what you need completed and we'll review the project with you.
2. Confirm the Project
We'll answer any questions, confirm the work to be completed, and provide shipping instructions when necessary.
3. Pay for Your Service
For NFA engraving, pay the $45 engraving fee here. Be sure to select return shipping if you need the item shipped back to you.
4. Ship Your Item
For most firearm engraving projects, we only need the serialized receiver. There is generally no need to ship the complete firearm or additional components unless they are required for the requested work.
If you are shipping a firearm such as an MP5-style receiver where the serialized portion includes the upper/barreled assembly, shipping costs may be higher than standard lower-receiver return shipping due to the larger package size and weight.
Securely package your eligible item and ship it to our Warren, Michigan facility.
5. We Complete the Work
Your project is completed in-house using professional industrial fiber laser equipment. NFA engraving is often completed the same day the package is received.
6. We Ship It Back
Once completed, your project is carefully packaged and shipped back to you using the return shipping option selected with your order. If your item requires a larger or heavier package than a standard receiver, additional return shipping charges may apply.
We'll keep you informed throughout the process so you know when your package arrives, when the work is completed, and when it is on its way back.
Packaging & Shipping
Please use a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to protect your item during transit.
For firearm engraving, only send the serialized receiver unless we specifically ask for additional components. This helps reduce package size, shipping cost, and the amount of equipment being transported.
Items with larger serialized assemblies, such as certain MP5-style receivers with the barreled upper as the serialized component, may require higher shipping charges than our standard lower-receiver shipping rate.
