Industrial Laser Engraving & Marking

Our fiber laser systems provide permanent, repeatable marking on metals and many industrial components. Services include:

• Part numbers, serial numbers and lot identification

• Logos, text and manufacturing information

• QR codes and 2D Data Matrix codes

• Tool, fixture and equipment identification

• Asset and inventory marking

• Compliance and traceability marking

• Deep laser engraving

Custom tool tags, equipment tags and identification plates can also be produced for tooling control, maintenance programs, manufacturing cells, racks, fixtures and plant equipment.

Ultrasonic Cleaning & Industrial Part Cleaning

PrimeCore Precision provides cleaning and restoration of industrial parts, tooling and components that may otherwise require replacement.

Capabilities include ultrasonic cleaning, chemical assisted cleaning, adhesive and residue removal, coating removal, surface preparation and detailed manual cleaning when contamination remains in threads, grooves or difficult geometry.

This service is particularly useful for production tooling, fixtures, threaded inserts, machined components and contaminated parts that need to be returned to service quickly.

Expedited cleaning and production downtime support may be available depending on workload.

Rework, Tooling & Custom Fixtures

Not every industrial problem requires a new part. We can assist with specialty rework and develop simple tooling or fixtures to make repetitive processes faster and more consistent.

Services can include:

• Laser marking fixtures and production jigs

• Part holding and alignment fixtures

• Rework of existing markings

• Custom templates and positioning tools

• Small tooling modifications

• Prototype fixtures and process development

Engineering 3D Printing

In house 3D printing allows us to quickly produce jigs, fixtures, alignment tools, prototypes and functional components without waiting for conventional tooling.

We primarily work with engineering materials such as PA6 carbon fiber reinforced nylon, making 3D printing especially useful when combined with our laser marking and industrial rework capabilities.

A fixture can be designed or produced, tested with the actual component, and then used for repeatable laser engraving, cleaning, assembly or inspection operations.

One Shop, Multiple Processes

The advantage of PrimeCore Precision is the ability to combine processes under one roof. A job may require a custom 3D printed fixture, laser engraving, ultrasonic cleaning and final rework rather than simply one standalone service.

For unusual parts, difficult rework, short production runs or time sensitive manufacturing problems, send us a drawing, CAD file, photo or sample part. We can evaluate the application and determine a practical process.
