Industrial Capabilities

PrimeCore Precision provides industrial laser marking, production rework, precision cleaning, custom fixturing, and engineering focused 3D printing from our Warren, Michigan facility.

We support prototype, short run, and production quantity work for manufacturers, machine shops, maintenance departments, OEM suppliers, and industrial customers throughout Metro Detroit and Michigan.

Our focus is practical production support. Whether the requirement is permanent part identification, corrective rework, contaminated component cleaning, a replacement fixture, or an urgent issue affecting line uptime, we evaluate the application and build the process around the part.

Production Line Down?

If a failed component, incorrect marking, contaminated part, missing fixture, or rework issue is preventing production from continuing, contact PrimeCore Precision with the available information as soon as possible.

Providing the following helps us evaluate the project quickly:

  • Part photos

  • Material

  • Quantity

  • Dimensions

  • Required process

  • Current condition

  • Required turnaround

  • Drawings or specifications when available

When possible, work can be prioritized or processed in stages to help reduce downtime and get critical components back into production sooner.

Production Quantities

PrimeCore Precision supports work ranging from individual components and prototypes through repeat production runs.

Prototype

Single parts and initial process development.

Short Run

Small quantity production, replacement components, maintenance requirements, and limited batch processing.

Production

Higher quantity processing using dedicated fixtures, repeatable settings, variable data, and documented job parameters where appropriate.

Repeat Programs

For recurring work, fixtures, layouts, laser parameters, and job information can be retained to improve consistency and turnaround on future orders.

Customer supplied parts are welcome.

How We Handle Production Work

1. Project Review

Send photos, drawings, material information, quantity, specifications, and required turnaround.

2. Process Evaluation

We determine the appropriate marking, cleaning, rework, printing, or fixturing process.

3. Sample or First Article

When appropriate, a sample or first article can be completed before full production.

4. Production

Parts are processed using dedicated settings, fixtures, and job information established for the project.

5. Inspection & Release

Finished components are inspected and packaged according to the agreed requirements.

For larger jobs, partial releases can be coordinated when production schedules require finished parts before the entire order is complete.

Industrial Project Evaluation

Not every production problem fits neatly into a standard service category.

If you have a part, production issue, rework requirement, cleaning problem, identification requirement, or component that needs a custom solution, send us the details.

PrimeCore Precision can evaluate:

  • Process feasibility

  • Material compatibility

  • Fixturing requirements

  • Quantity

  • Production timing

  • Expedited options

  • Repeat production requirements

  • Partial batch processing

  • Pickup or delivery requirements

Production Impact

Select the option that best describes the project:

  • Normal production

  • Time sensitive

  • Scheduled shutdown

  • Maintenance window

  • Production line currently down

If the project is affecting active production, please indicate that clearly so we can evaluate available expedited options.
