How the Mail-In Process Works

Contact PrimeCore Precision with your Form 1 information and the firearm or serialized component you need engraved. We'll verify the required engraving information, answer any questions, and provide shipping instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Firearm or Serialized Component

Ship your serialized component or firearm in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Step 3: Payment & Engraving

The engraving fee is $45 for the first item and $35 for each additional item on the same order.

Once your package arrives, your firearm is professionally engraved using industrial fiber laser equipment. Every engraving is video recorded, and you'll receive a video of the completed work before your item ships back.

Step 4: Quality Inspection

Every engraved item is inspected for accuracy, placement, and cosmetic appearance before being carefully cleaned, packaged, and prepared for return shipment.

Step 5: Return Shipping if Required

Your engraved firearm or serialized component is securely packaged and shipped back promptly. Most mail-in engraving projects are completed and returned within 48 hours of receipt, depending on current workload.
