High Performance Rimfire Suppression
At PrimeCore Precision, the goal behind the Low Tone was simple: build a lightweight, high performing suppressor that everyday shooters can actually afford and enjoy using. Suppressed shooting should not feel reserved for high dollar builds or boutique price tags. We want people shooting more, training more, introducing new shooters to the sport, and having a good time safely and quietly without breaking the bank.
For the cost of what a tax stamp alone used to be, the Low Tone delivers rimfire suppression performance that rivals or exceeds suppressors costing 2 to 3 times more. When paired with quality ammunition, the report is often quieter than a finger snap or an empty shell casing hitting the floor.
Whether mounted on a pistol, bolt action rifle, semi automatic platform, or full auto host, the Low Tone was designed to keep shooters shooting. Lightweight, durable, simple, and effective.
Low Tone Rimfire Suppressor
Warranty, Maintenance & Product Information
The PrimeCore Precision Low Tone is a lightweight, high performance .22LR suppressor engineered for dependable real world use. Manufactured using high strength PA6CF20 construction, the Low Tone delivers suppression performance equal to or exceeding many suppressors commonly found in the $400 price range while remaining lightweight and durable.
Every Low Tone suppressor is inspected prior to transfer to ensure proper fit, function, and alignment. Individual suppressors have exceeded 10,000 rounds fired across a wide range of use including full auto platforms, bolt action rifles, pistols, and semi automatic rifles.
Limited Warranty
PrimeCore Precision provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal lawful use and operation.
Warranty coverage applies to:
• Manufacturing defects
• Structural failure caused by workmanship or material defects
• Premature failure under normal operating conditions
If a covered issue is identified following inspection, PrimeCore Precision may repair or replace the suppressor if necessary and legally permissible.
Warranty determinations are made at the sole discretion of PrimeCore Precision.
PrimeCore Precision maintains tight manufacturing tolerances and inspects every Low Tone suppressor prior to transfer for alignment, fit, and function. However, we also understand that mechanical systems, ammunition, firearm platforms, and real world use conditions can sometimes present issues that may not be immediately visible or predictable. If a legitimate product related issue occurs, we will work with the owner in good faith to inspect, repair, or replace the suppressor when appropriate and legally permissible.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Improper use or installation
• Bore obstructions or alignment issues
• Unauthorized modification or alteration
• Abuse, neglect, or misuse
• Damage caused by incompatible ammunition or calibers
• Cosmetic wear from normal use
The Low Tone is permanently sealed and non serviceable. It is not designed to be opened, disassembled, modified, or recored. Any attempt to alter the suppressor may void warranty coverage and may violate federal law.
Rimfire Maintenance
The Low Tone was designed around real world rimfire use, not unrealistic cleaning schedules or excessive maintenance requirements. Many users will fire thousands of rounds through the suppressor before noticeable fouling affects performance.
Like all rimfire suppressors, .22LR ammunition naturally produces carbon and lead buildup over time, but the system is engineered to continue functioning reliably under heavy use conditions.
Users should periodically inspect the suppressor for visible damage, end cap strikes, or abnormal performance changes. If abnormal conditions are observed, discontinue use immediately and contact PrimeCore Precision.
Ammunition Notes
The Low Tone is designed for .22LR use. Standard velocity ammunition will generally provide the quietest performance. Many high velocity loads, including commonly available options such as Armscor, will often remain subsonic when fired through pistol length barrels. CCI Standard works great. If you are shooting with an 18” rifle barrel, non subsonic ammunition may have a slight “crack” to it.
Ammunition quality, barrel length, and environmental conditions may influence sound performance and fouling characteristics.
Point of Impact Shift
Like most suppressors, the addition of the Low Tone may cause a slight point of impact (POI) shift depending on the host firearm, barrel length, ammunition, optic setup, and mounting consistency. In most cases, any POI shift is minor and repeatable, meaning the firearm will maintain consistent accuracy once zeroed with the suppressor installed. Users should always confirm zero and point of impact with the suppressor installed prior to serious use.
Removal and reinstallation of any suppressor may result in a change in POI. To help maintain consistency, always ensure the suppressor is fully tightened before firing. When installing the Low Tone, thread the suppressor onto the barrel with the cosmetic sleeve removed to ensure proper engagement and tightness against the barrel shoulder. Once the suppressor is properly secured, the cosmetic sleeve may be reinstalled. Failure to fully tighten the suppressor may result in POI changes, reduced performance, or potential damage to the suppressor and/or firearm.
Low Tone Replacement Program
PrimeCore Precision designed the Low Tone around long term, real world rimfire use. To help keep shooters operational without excessive replacement costs, the Low Tone is backed by a simplified replacement program.

Current replacement program pricing:

Replacement eligibility is determined following inspection and verification of the original suppressor.
This program is intended to support normal long term ownership and continued use. It does not cover:
• Intentional destruction
• Illegal modification
• Bore obstructions or unsafe firearm conditions
• Damage caused by misuse or gross negligence
The Low Tone is a regulated NFA item. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Replacement suppressors may require additional transfer documentation and approval depending on the repair or replacement method permitted under federal law.
